Thanks to the affirmation of flexible spaces, users have started using spaces in an agile way, and managers have organized the resources along with the most advanced paradigm of the sharing economy. The labor market has seen the birth of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sofialocks.com\/it\/controllo-accessi-in-cloud-per-il-business\/\">co-working<\/a> or pro-working spaces (flexible working), the residential one the affirmation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sofialocks.com\/it\/co-living-and-student-house\/\">co-living<\/a> spaces (flexible housing), and retail one the creation of smart <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sofialocks.com\/it\/retail\/\">retail<\/a> spaces (flexible retail).<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS BECOME ENABLERS OF THE BUSINESSES WHERE USERS OFTEN CHANGE<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this context access control systems play a fundamental role and become enablers of the businesses where users often change, for example, the short-term rental ones. Technology is essential, as it guarantees fast and efficient processes, which meet the need for maximum flexibility of users and managers, and allow companies to keep up with the fast-changing responsive market. Short-term rent businesses become sustainable when end-users can access the rented space through their personal smartphone.
