La Fauci:<\/strong> Alessandro, over slechts een paar dagen is het team in Cannes voor MIPIM. We hebben een zeer sterke boodschap voor de markt voorbereid. Alles draait om \u00e9\u00e9n kernzin: <em>Operational Excellence<\/em>. Waarom nu?   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Nacci:<\/strong> Omdat we voor een fundamentele paradigmaverschuiving staan. We zijn getuige van een real-time verschuiving van de traditionele &#8216;verhuurdersmentaliteit&#8217; naar die van een &#8216;serviceprovider&#8217;. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor ons gaat <strong>vastgoed<\/strong> niet langer alleen over het beheren van fysieke activa. Het gaat om het gebruik van slimme modellen en digitale platforms om de <strong>werkelijke voordelen voor de gebruiker<\/strong> te gelde te maken \u2014 zoals <strong>productiviteit<\/strong> en <strong>well-being<\/strong> \u2014 in plaats van alleen het factureren van vierkante meters. Het is een transitie waarbij waarde door de hele keten moet stromen.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>De fundamenten: integratie en beveiliging<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. La Fauci:<\/strong> Op MIPIM zullen we laten zien hoe OE begint bij technologie, en zelfs daarv\u00f3\u00f3r, bij het begrijpen van technologie. Wat wordt er bedoeld met termen als &#8216;platform&#8217; en &#8216;ge\u00efntegreerde technologie&#8217;? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Nacci:<\/strong> Precies. Het is Operational Excellence, en dat vereist een solide technologische basis: een platform dat ontworpen is voor integratie. Dit betekent het overbruggen van verschillende <a href=\"https:\/\/sofialocks.com\/nl\/integraties\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"10064\">ecosysteemdiensten<\/a> \u2014 zoals Identity Management (SSO), Building Management Systems (BMS) en apps voor huurders, wat essenti\u00eble diensten zijn om ervoor te zorgen dat ruimtes \u2014 zowel fysiek als virtueel \u2014 veilig, operationeel en gastvrij blijven.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let op: dit is de enige manier om een systeem te cre\u00ebren dat veiligheid en effici\u00ebntie garandeert, van de kapitaalinvesteerder tot aan de eindgebruiker. Dit is hoe het servicegerichte model meer waarde \u2014 echte waarde \u2014 cre\u00ebert in de huidige markt. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Van theorie naar praktijk: intelligente operaties<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. La Fauci:<\/strong> Laten we naar enkele praktijkvoorbeelden kijken: een relevant aspect van onze strategie is het gebruik van AI en automatisering voor wat u &#8216;workforce orchestration&#8217; noemt. Hoe verandert het leven van een Facility Manager? <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Nacci:<\/strong> Dat verandert radicaal. Neem een <strong>Integrated Facility Management (IFM)<\/strong>-model, dat wordt gebruikt om de redundanties te elimineren die grote portfolio&#8217;s teisteren. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dankzij ge\u00efntegreerde systemen en <strong>voorspellend onderhoud \u2014 waarschuwingssystemen die gebeurtenissen signaleren die relevant zijn voor de werking van de infrastructuur<\/strong> \u2014 kunnen we het merendeel van de potenti\u00eble storingen voorkomen. Of denk aan personeelsbeheer: als het gebouw een lage bezettingsgraad op een verdieping detecteert, kan het systeem schoonmaakteams omleiden naar waar ze het hardst nodig zijn. We volgen niet langer statische schema&#8217;s, maar de werkelijke vraag. Dit maakt het mogelijk om op te schalen van 10 naar 100 gebouwen met behoud van dezelfde merkkwaliteit. Het is het <a href=\"https:\/\/sofialocks.com\/nl\/uitbreidingen\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"17213\">noodzakelijke ecosysteem<\/a> om AI meer te laten zijn dan alleen een trend, maar een hulpmiddel in de handen van steeds bekwamere Facility Managers.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In een Grade A-kantoor of een high-end smart home is het doel de zekerheid dat alles precies werkt zoals het hoort. Naadloos. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Het slot als facilitator van ReaaS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. La Fauci:<\/strong> In marketing hebben we vaak de neiging om toegangsbeheer puur als een beveiligingskwestie te zien. U stelt echter dat in het <a href=\"https:\/\/sofialocks.com\/nl\/succesverhalen\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"11130\">Real Estate as a Service<\/a> (ReaaS)-model het slot een &#8216;service enabler&#8217; is. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Nacci:<\/strong> Absoluut. Het digitale slot is geen barri\u00e8re meer, maar een portaal. Het maakt on-demand toegang voor logistiek, self-service voor gebruikers en onafhankelijk beheer voor huurders mogelijk.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elke keer dat we een perimeter digitaliseren met het <strong>Luckey<\/strong>-platform, behalen we een dubbele overwinning: we vereenvoudigen de operaties en verhogen tegelijkertijd de veiligheid door risico&#8217;s te elimineren die verbonden zijn aan fysieke sleutels, trage beheermodellen, het ontbreken van afstandsbediening, enzovoort. Het is wat wij bij ISEO <strong>&#8216;Freedom to move&#8217;<\/strong> noemen. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. La Fauci:<\/strong> Alessandro, bedankt voor deze vooruitblik. De boodschap is duidelijk: effici\u00ebntie is geen kostenpost, maar een aanjager van winst. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. Nacci:<\/strong> &#8220;Dank u wel.
