Alessandro Nacci<\/strong>: Francesca, welcome, and thank you for joining us today. Could you start by telling us about Titiro Digital\u2019s vision and how your company supports property management?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Cassani<\/strong>: Thank you, Alessandro. Titiro Digital is an innovative startup in the real estate sector specializing in smart building solutions. Our vision is to simplify and integrate processes throughout the real estate value chain. We achieve this by promoting services that enhance individual properties across various asset classes. Our flagship product, the Titiro app, integrates essential functions and services from existing buildings into a single application. This improves the quality of living and transforms each building into a smart building. The app allows users to book and access integrated external services like laundry, cleaning, beauty treatments. It also manages reservations and access to amenities, handles payments for condominiums and utilities, stores documents, and facilitates communication and ticketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alessandro Nacci<\/strong>: That’s impressive. Given your experience, which part of the real estate sector do you think is most in need of technological support today?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Cassani<\/strong>: Technology can help in every part of the real estate process, from planning buildings to managing them. However, before thinking about technology, we must understand what our homes and places to live mean to us. The real estate asset class is changing, and we need to figure out the kind of life we want in different types of places and use technology to make living better in every way. At Titiro, we constantly innovate and add new features to our app and platform to improve every aspect of the real estate process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alessandro Nacci<\/strong>: Could you share a recent project you’ve worked on, such as Giardini d’Inverno in Italy? What technological and market challenges did you encounter, and how do you foresee the role of technology in the coming years?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Cassani<\/strong>: Certainly. Starting from the idea of providing the entire real estate value chain with a series of integrated tools and functions within a single application, our main technological challenge has been integration. Despite our strong belief in this concept, full adoption within the real estate industry has been slow. Collaborations with partners like Sofia part of ISEO have been crucial in overcoming these hurdles. It is important to use technology to simplify processes and optimize the user journey, envisioning a future where technology supports real estate developers and provides tangible benefits to residents, tenants, and property managers alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alessandro Nacci<\/strong>: I agree. Interoperability among technologies is crucial. Let’s talk about ESG and sustainability. What commitments has Titiro made to sustainability, and how are these incorporated into your technological solutions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Cassani<\/strong>: Titiro’s technological solutions aim to reduce environmental impact and promote operational efficiency. We adopt paperless practices to minimize excessive paper usage and optimize time-consuming processes. We work on logistics to reduce unnecessary travel and optimize transportation using geolocalization of suppliers, ensuring efficient routes and allowing them to use zero-emission vehicles. Our management system clearly identifies the actors involved in each phase of the real estate process, leading to greater transparency and accountability. Additionally, Titiro\u2019s solutions foster the creation of micro-communities within real estate projects, enhancing social collaboration and relationships among residents and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alessandro Nacci<\/strong>: That’s a comprehensive approach. I also believe cloud technologies can contribute to sustainability goals by virtualizing infrastructure. Can you tell us about the opportunities and challenges Titiro has faced with cloud technologies?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Cassani<\/strong>: The cloud is often taken for granted. At Titiro, we believe adopting open protocols is essential to make integration between systems possible and efficient. The cloud is an enabler of IoT but merely serves as a tool. The real challenge lies in synthesizing different proprietary protocols to enable effective communication between objects. We support designing universal and open communication protocols, which allow us to make the most of the potential of all actors involved. This approach not only improves efficiency but also ensures the security and stability of infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alessandro Nacci<\/strong>: Interesting insights. Can you share a standout success story from Titiro?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Cassani<\/strong>: The response of end users to new technologies in real estate has been positive. Users appreciate the added value of integrating numerous functions within our app, meeting the needs of various user targets. We are particularly proud of a condominium administrator in Milan who fully transitioned from traditional to digital management using our app. This shift led to greater efficiency and transparency in condominium management, significantly improving the residents’ experience. Such successes demonstrate the positive reception of new technologies by end users, highlighting Titiro’s impact on the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alessandro Nacci<\/strong>: That’s inspiring. Lastly, can you share Titiro’s future vision and the technological trends you are exploring?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francesca Cassani<\/strong>: Titiro is strongly focused on integration as a main technological trend. We aim to stay updated on emerging technologies to anticipate and meet market needs and support technological progress. We are particularly enthusiastic about the potential of artificial intelligence, citing its ability to democratize the use of technology across generations. Our ability to be fast and responsive allows us to rapidly adapt to market needs and maintain leadership in the technological real estate sector.
