Leroy Merlin
supporting a user base of over 8000 employees
The Project
The project began as a challenge to modernize the access control system for a large, multi tenant office building. The goal was to implement a secure and efficient solution that could seamlessly integrate with various building amenities, including turnstiles, a gym, meeting rooms, and parking. The success of this initial deployment demonstrated the system’s innovative and flexible nature. Recognizing the need for a unified access solution that could span multiple corporate and retail environments, the group decided to expand the project.
We engaged directly with Leroy Merlin‘s team to analyze their specific needs, from managing a dynamic employee database to providing seamless authentication for various services. This collaborative process allowed us to address complex challenges, such as the logistics of a nationwide installation and the constant evolution of project requirements. By building a close relationship, responding quickly to their needs, and providing an innovative, cloud-native, and secure product that covers the widest range of doors, we were able to deliver a highly adaptable and comprehensive solution that provided significant value.
This partnership transformed the initiative into a large-scale, multi-location rollout across 52 retail stores, fundamentally enhancing how the company managed access for its extensive workforce of over 8000 employees.
