The Project

East Park Milano, developed by GE Homes, is a visionary residential complex located in Segrate. Designed as a modern urban oasis, the project combines sustainability, well-being, and smart living to deliver a unique residential experience. With 230 premium apartments, East Park Milano integrates private comfort and communal engagement through thoughtfully designed shared spaces including coworking areas, green zones, fitness lounges, and smart locker systems.

Every aspect of the development reflects a commitment to environmental responsibility and technological innovation. From smart air purification systems to efficient energy and water use, the buildings are conceived to enhance residents’ quality of life while ensuring long-term asset value. GE Homes provides ongoing technical and facility management—including electrical, HVAC, and automation systems—to maintain functionality and safety over time.

To support this vision, East Park Milano required a cutting-edge, secure, and user-friendly access control system for residents, staff, and service providers. A solution was needed to accommodate private apartment access, shared space management, and perimeter security—all while being scalable and digitally integrated with smart home technologies.
