- Luckey Access Management System: The primary digital solution for managing and controlling access across the neighborhood.
- Private Units: empowering tenants to manage access for their apartments as the building owner or manager retains oversight of common areas
- Smart Motorized Electronic Locks (X1R & X1R Easy): Advanced electronic locking mechanisms designed for integration into armored doors, providing enhanced security.
- Key Locking Systems (R500 SPI & F9 SPI): High-security reversible and vertical key systems to complement the electronic solutions.
- 1NCA Readers – Mullion: Specialized readers deployed at various entry points for seamless authentication and entry.
- Customized Security: A bespoke system tailored to meet the specific requirements of the urban regeneration project, securing both shared community spaces and private residences.
