The Project
Wellio is Covivio’s pro-working concept that offers its clients a mix of flexible spaces where they can work and network, taking advantage of premium services and space services, that grants cutting-edge technologies, privacy and efficiency.
Wellio Dante is located in the heart of the city of Milan and covers more than 4,700 square meters and offers 400 workstations, including private offices that can be customized in terms of design and equipment, and coworking stations in shared areas, as well as meeting rooms and event areas.
Wellio has chosen to partner with high-potential startups that can combine management with sustainable and “green” features with high quality services offered, among them Sofia Locks, which offers PropTech access control solutions via smartphones that support security and collaboration.
All Wellio locations are exclusive and have a unique and unmistakable architectural style; this one was conceived as a tribute to the Milanese spirit.

Our Solution
We provided wireless access control managed through our cloud native platform: users can enter the buildings with a customized version of the Luckey app. The system has been integrated with the Witco platform that acts as building Property Management System.
