The Project
Wellio Duomo is a pro-working space leased in the heart of Milan that covers an area of about 5,000 square meters. The property’s offerings include 500 customizable and flexible workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, a bar area on the third floor with a terrace, and an integrated system of green lounges whose maximum expression will be a 500-square-meter rooftop overlooking the Duomo and the rooftops of the historic center.
The property is also provided with all the sustainability certifications, as Leed Gold, Well Gold, and Wiredscore. Technology is an essential element to grant cutting-edge services and spaces.
Like all Wellio sites, Wellio Duomo has a unique and unmistakable style inspired by the artistic surroundings of the city center. The property, which opened last April 2022, has already reached full occupancy.

Our Solution
The usage of wireless locks made it possible to integrate the access control in a 200 years old buildings: it was not possible to install any physical wire to preserve the ancient building structure. HyperGates and our locking all-in one solution made the trick.
