Key Account Manager

We are looking for Key Account Managers with a consultative approach to the client, wanting to present ourselves as an active element in the digitization of the client’s premises.

What are you going to do

  • Gain or deepen solid experience in the real estate market segment with knowledge of the ecosystem around complex projects (funds, general contractors, specifiers, etc…)
  • Managing a funnel and then keeping the pipeline full at all stages
  • Manage complex operations: RFIs, RFQs, public tenders, expressions of interest
  • Build strong relationships with key KA decision makers, with a focus on next-generation projects, planned RFQs, competitive threats, etc.
  • Helping/advising clients on new technologies and possibilities related to their business.
  • Establish a winning spirit by rooting our culture within the company
  • Interpret new market needs and suggest a possible evolution of the value proposition to the marketing and product team.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans
  • Manage the performance of customer offerings
  • Improve logistics service for customers
  • Achieve KA goals
  • Achieving revenues and margins


  • Ability to internally manage and influence multidisciplinary teams to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to seek out and identify new opportunities
  • Ability to understand the digital needs of customers and potential customers, helping them in their digital transformation process.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key KA decision makers,
  • Ability to internally manage and influence multidisciplinary teams to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to generate radical ideas to maximize value, encourages and stimulates creativity in others.
  • Speaking the local language + knowledge of English


Employment Contract: Full time


  • Monday through Friday
