Originally designed to track the real-time status of smart locks and gateways, the Hardware Status Report helped facility managers detect battery or connectivity issues before they could affect operations. With this update, we’ve expanded both the scope and precision of the report.
The System Status Report can now monitor:
- Smart Locks battery levels
- HyperGate LITE/PRO connectivity
- HyperGate Atlas connectivity
- License usage thresholds — get alerts when you’re nearing your subscription limits
- Expiring credentials — receive warnings for credentials that will expire within a set number of days
This broader visibility allows organizations to monitor not only hardware reliability, but also the overall health of their access control ecosystem.
External Email Support
One of the most requested features is finally here: you can now add external email recipients to the report distribution list. This means you can share status updates with people outside your organization or Luckey platform, such as maintenance providers, security partners, or regional facility managers—without requiring them to have Luckey accounts.
It’s a simple but powerful way to extend visibility and ensure the right people are informed, even if they’re not part of your internal system.
